Brenda Lee Davidson, 80, of Eatontown, passed away on Tuesday August 26, 2014 at home with her family by her side. Born in Brookline, Massachusetts she has been a resident of Eatontown since 1971. After raising 5 children she became a nurse and worked in pediatrics at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch and for Dr. Reuter also of Long Branch. Brenda’s conversation will be greatly missed by all family and friends who stopped by on a daily basis to visit. She is predeceased by her parents William and Esther Sundell, a brother; Bill Sundell, surviving is her husband of 59 years George G. Davidson, her children; William (Rhonda), Scott, Sharon and Paul Davidson and Laura Kennedy (Ben); her grandchildren; Dillon Gonzales, Gabrielle, Annaliese and Celia Kennedy. She is also survived by her sisters Greta Hall, Sally Rice and Sandra Bedigan. Visitations will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Friday August 29, 2014 with a celebration of life service to begin at 7 pm at the Bongarzone Funeral Home, 2400 Shafto Road, Tinton Falls, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA, 260 Wall St., Eatontown or the Wounded Warrior Project.
