Dear Mr. Anthony Bongarzone, My family and I would like to thank you and your staff for taking care of the preparations for the viewing and funeral of our dear wife and mother, Cecilia T. Gadenz. During our initial contacts with your funeral home we felt that we had reached out to a supporting family, not just a business. That feeling of support, love, and care on your part was experienced throughout the whole process, the viewing, the special videos, the prayers you said before going to the church, and the funeral itself concluding at the Mount Carmel cemetery. Just a quick note of appreciation for helping guide us through the days following my mother's passing. Your thoughtfulness and flexibility during this difficult time made the process much easier on our family. We were especially grateful for the time you gave us with my mother prior to her cremation. Without those moments I think the process of moving on with our lives would have been more prolonged and difficult. We have been left with the image of her at peace. I will be forever grateful to Anthony and Grace as they came to our home to escort Noel on his journey to his final resting place. That evening was made easier for me because Noel was with family. Anthony was there for me from when Noel was ill and we began to plan his funeral arrangements., such patience! Cathy helped me with my confusion regarding last minute details. The care and concern given to Noel and myself will never be forgotten.
